OP are you making sure you're using all your healthy extra allowance and having loads of superfree foods?
Also OP some of my friends on SW struggled after a while and started doing the Success Express which really boosted their weight loss. To be completely honest you should not go on diets dont go to slimming works weight watches you need to change your life style and never go back NO junk food no sweets no chocolate. Mainly just chicken, veg and fresh fruit.
Drink only water or herbal tea. Honey in tea is nice and it's good for you to so bonus lol. I've found slimmung world great. From ehat you've put you're not eating enough.
You need to fill your plate with 1 3rd super free food. So salad veg etc. Have fruit and veg for snacks. I do yes i eat loads of salad with my meals. Cutting out junk etc would indeed work. But to be perfectly honest it is so unrealistic.
Similar to the point above, tracking what you consume is a helpful way to spot any mistakes. Try logging what you actually consume, including your Healthy Extra choices and your Syn allowance. If you are asking; Why am I not losing weight on Slimming World? The answer will be within those logs. Consciously keeping a record of your intake can really help you stay mindful to what you are consuming each day.
I genuinely believe that weight loss is heavily dominated by mindset. If you are in the right headspace, you can boost your way to success with little hindrance. Find out why you want to lose weight and dig deep for what your triggers are or what is stopping you. If you do the mental mindset work in advance, it makes losing weight much less of a battle and more of a journey. Along with my above point motivation is a big key driver to whether weight loss is a yay or a nay.
You need to identify what your motivation is and focus on that. For me, I want to be healthy and have the ability to run around with my kids as they grow up. I hold on to this when I have those waivering moments asking myself; Do I want this or do I want to be healthy for my kids?
