Both of these metal conductors generate a magnetic field. The insulators keep the signals from coming in contact with or cancelling out each other. The insulators also protect the signal from outside magnetic fields. As a result, the signal is carried over long distances with little interference or signal loss.
Coaxial Cable is used by cable operators, telephone companies and internet providers. If you have cable television, you have a coaxial cable installed in your home. It is used for jumper assemblies in wireless communications Systems and short antenna feeder runs. If you need a cable that requires periodic or repeated flexing, choose this one. Coaxial cable , just like everything, has a lifespan.

The answer is YES! Both RG6 and RG11 cables have an impedance of 75 ohm, so they use the same connector — F type connector. Coaxial cable has a place. The longer the coax run, the more loss and the more expensive it gets. The signal arriving at the receiver from anything longer than feet of RG8X is probably going to cause trouble.
Runs over feet without amplification are only a dim possibility.
